What This Policy Covers This Policy applies to personal information we collect when you visit our website, create or manage an account, purchase or use credits, submit content or prompts, create or manage projects, use our AI-enabled features, or contact us for support or other inquiries. It also applies when you submit a request for commissioned image retouching services through our website or other authorized channels, including when you provide your name, email address, retouching requirements, sample images, or related communications so that we can contact you and assess, arrange, and provide the requested service. This Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services not operated by Morzai, or to third-party agents, models, tools, plugins, environments, or workflows that you choose to use independently outside our authorized Services. 2. Information We Collect Account information, such as your email address and information needed to maintain your account. Transaction information, such as purchase amount, payment status, billing identifiers, and refund-related information. Payment card details are generally handled by third-party payment providers. Content and project information you submit or create through the Services, including prompts, instructions, uploaded images, generated images or videos, project metadata, and related settings. For commissioned image retouching services, we may also collect your name, email address, retouching requirements, sample images, and related communications, including delivery or revision instructions. Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring URLs, approximate location based on IP, and website interaction data. How We Use Information Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services, including generating, transforming, editing, and returning requested content. Create and manage accounts, credits, projects, and related customer support requests. Process transactions, refunds, and service communications. For commissioned image retouching services, assess and confirm your requirements, communicate with you offline (including by email), provide quotations, arrange and perform the requested retouching, deliver results, and handle revision requests and related support. Run automated safety and policy checks, including review of content before export, and prevent or respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity. Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements. 4. How We Handle Prompts, Images, and Projects We process prompts, uploaded images, instructions, and generated outputs only as needed to provide the functionality you request, maintain the Services, apply safety controls, and comply with law. When you upload content or generate media, the Services may create a project so you can access, manage, reuse, download, or delete the related materials. For commissioned image retouching services, we process your name, email address, retouching requirements, related communications, sample images, and resulting files only as needed to assess, communicate about, arrange, perform, deliver, and support the service you request. This processing may be carried out by authorized Morzai personnel and service providers engaged for image retouching, image processing, file transfer, cloud storage, customer support, or related operational functions. You may delete a project and its associated media at any time through your account, subject to limited retention described below. We do not separately store your submitted content for independent reuse by Morzai outside the project or service operation. Unless you separately authorize us to do so, we do not use images, sample images, or retouching results submitted for commissioned image retouching services for public display, portfolios, case studies, advertising, or other marketing purposes. Temporary processing copies may exist while a request is completed and for a limited period where strictly necessary for security, debugging, abuse prevention, backup, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. We do not use your prompts, uploaded images, project media, or outputs to train our AI models. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and submit any content you provide through the Services, including any sample images submitted for commissioned image retouching services. If an image contains an identifiable person, you are responsible for obtaining any notice, consent, authorization, or other legal basis required for us to process that image for the requested service. 5. Automated Safety Review To protect users and the Services, Morzai may automatically review content when you request an export. If the review identifies content that appears to violate our Terms of Use, applicable law, or safety requirements, export may be blocked or other appropriate action may be taken. We may retain limited records of such decisions where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement. 6. How We Share Information Service providers that support cloud hosting, infrastructure, payment processing, security, technical support, analytics, and operational functions, subject to appropriate contractual and security obligations. AI and technology providers where transmission is necessary to provide a requested feature. Those providers may be subject to their own terms, privacy practices, technical limitations, and security measures. Service providers and authorized personnel that support commissioned image retouching services, including image retouchers, image-processing providers, file-transfer and cloud-storage providers, email providers, and customer-support providers. We disclose only the information reasonably necessary for the relevant function and require appropriate confidentiality and security measures. Authorities or other parties where necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or support a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or similar transaction. 7. International Transfers Morzai is operated from Singapore and may use providers and infrastructure in other countries, including the United States. Providers used to deliver commissioned image retouching services may also process submitted images, service requirements, communications, and related files outside your country or region. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, your information may be transferred outside your jurisdiction. Where required, we use recognized safeguards such as data processing agreements, Standard Contractual Clauses, or other lawful transfer mechanisms. For commissioned image retouching services, we retain your name, email address, retouching requirements, related communications, sample images, and resulting files only for as long as reasonably necessary to assess, communicate about, provide, support, and document the requested service, or for another purpose permitted by this Policy or applicable law. When the relevant information is no longer needed for those purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it. After deletion, relevant content is removed from active storage within a reasonable period, subject to limited retention in backups, logs, or other records where necessary for security, disaster recovery, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement. 9.
