Last Updated: June 25, 2026
Morzai is operated by LUMORA AI PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore (“Morzai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you use our website, purchase credits, download or use skills, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy.
1. What This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect when you:
• visit our website;
• create or manage an account;
• purchase credits;
• download or use Morzai skills; and
• contact us for support or other inquiries.
This Policy does not apply to:
• third-party websites or services not operated by Morzai; or
• third-party agents, models, tools, plugins, or environments that you choose to use independently outside our authorized partners.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
We collect your email address when you register for an account or use account-related features.
Payment Information
When you purchase credits, payment is processed by third-party payment providers. We may receive limited transaction details such as payment status, billing identifiers, and purchase amount, but we do not necessarily store your full payment card details ourselves.
Content You Submit
1) When you use certain skills, we may process:
• your prompts or instructions; and
• the images you upload.
We process this content only as needed to provide the requested functionality and return results to you.
• Photos and Project Content
When you use our video face-swap features, you may upload portrait photos and select video templates. We process the uploaded photos, selected templates, and generated videos to create the output you request. If you save or create a project, the original photos you upload and the generated videos may be stored in that project so that you can manage, reuse, download, or delete them through your account.
We may temporarily analyze facial landmarks, positions, and contours to align the uploaded photo with the selected video template. We do not use this analysis to identify or authenticate any person, track individuals across services, infer sensitive attributes, or train AI models. We do not create or maintain a standalone facial recognition profile or reusable facial template separate from the user’s project assets.
Usage Information
When you use our website, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, such as:
• IP address;
• browser and device information;
• pages visited;
• referring URLs;
• approximate location based on IP; and
• website interaction data.
For more information, please see our Cookie Policy.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
• provide and operate the Services;
• create and manage accounts;
• process credit purchases and related transactions;
• deliver skills and installation guidance;
• process prompts and uploaded images to provide requested outputs;
• communicate with you about your account, purchases, support requests, and important service updates;
• detect and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We Do Not Train on Your Content
We do not use your prompts, uploaded images, or outputs to train our AI models.
4. How We Handle Prompts and Images
Some skills require your prompts and uploaded images to be processed on servers located in the United States, including infrastructure hosted on AWS.
We handle this data as follows:
• we use your prompts, uploaded images, selected video templates, generated outputs, and any corresponding Facial Feature Data only to provide the requested service;
• temporary processing copies of uploaded images and any transient Facial Feature Data extracted during the video-generation process are deleted from our active generation systems after the generated video is completed and delivered, subject to limited temporary retention where strictly necessary for security, debugging, abuse prevention, or legal reasons;
• if you create or save a project, the original images you upload to that project and the generated videos or images created through the Services may remain stored in your project so that you can access, manage, reuse, download, or delete them through your account;
• we do not separately store your uploaded portrait images outside your project for independent reuse by Morzai, and we do not create or retain standalone facial recognition profiles or reusable facial geometric templates separate from the project assets you choose to store.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and submit any content you provide through the Services.
5. How We Share Information
We may share personal information with the following categories of recipients:

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in violation of applicable law, please contact us.
12. Third-Party Systems Chosen by You
You may choose to deploy or use downloaded skills in your own environment or together with third-party agents, models, plugins, or other external systems not operated or authorized by Morzai.
If you do so, you acknowledge that those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
