This Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services not operated by Morzai, or to third-party agents, models, tools, plugins, environments, or workflows that you choose to use independently outside our authorized Services. 2. Information We Collect • Account information, such as your email address and information needed to maintain your account. • Transaction information, such as purchase amount, payment status, billing identifiers, and refund-related information. Payment card details are generally handled by third-party payment providers. • Content and project information you submit or create through the Services, including prompts, instructions, uploaded images, generated images or videos, project metadata, and related settings. • Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring URLs, approximate location based on IP, and website interaction data. How We Handle Prompts, Images, and Projects We process prompts, uploaded images, instructions, and generated outputs only as needed to provide the functionality you request, maintain the Services, apply safety controls, and comply with law. When you upload content or generate media, the Services may create a project so you can access, manage, reuse, download, or delete the related materials. You may delete a project and its associated media at any time through your account, subject to limited retention described below. We do not separately store your submitted content for independent reuse by Morzai outside the project or service operation. Temporary processing copies may exist while a request is completed and for a limited period where strictly necessary for security, debugging, abuse prevention, backup, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. We do not use your prompts, uploaded images, project media, or outputs to train our AI models. 5. Automated Safety Review To protect users and the Services, Morzai may automatically review content when you request an export. If the review identifies content that appears to violate our Terms of Use, applicable law, or safety requirements, export may be blocked or other appropriate action may be taken. We may retain limited records of such decisions where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement. 6. How We Share Information • Service providers that support cloud hosting, infrastructure, payment processing, security, technical support, analytics, and operational functions, subject to appropriate contractual and security obligations. • AI and technology providers where transmission is necessary to provide a requested feature. Those providers may be subject to their own terms, privacy practices, technical limitations, and security measures. • Authorities or other parties where necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or support a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or similar transaction. 7. International Transfers Morzai is operated from Singapore and may use providers and infrastructure in other countries, including the United States. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, your information may be transferred outside your jurisdiction. You may delete projects and project media at any time. • After deletion, relevant content is removed from active storage within a reasonable period, subject to limited retention in backups, logs, or other records where necessary for security, disaster recovery, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement. 9. Your Rights Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, obtain data portability, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
