We Do Not Train on Your Content We do not use your prompts, uploaded images, or outputs to train our AI models. 4. How We Handle Prompts and Images Some skills require your prompts and uploaded images to be processed on servers located in the United States, including infrastructure hosted on AWS. We handle this data as follows: - we use it only to provide the requested service; - prompts and uploaded images used for skill processing are deleted after processing and delivery of results, except where short-term retention is strictly necessary for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or dispute resolution; - where you use cloud-based project features through our website, we may store the original images you upload to a project and the processed images generated through the Services so that you can access, manage, download, and delete them through your account; - you may delete stored project images by deleting the relevant project; and - if you close or delete your account, we will delete or anonymize related personal information within a reasonable period, unless retention is required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or limited backup and recovery purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and submit any content you provide through the Services. 5. Your Rights Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to: - access your personal information; - correct inaccurate information; - request deletion; - restrict certain processing; - object to certain processing; - request data portability; and - withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
