Frequently asked questions

How are credits charged across different features?
Credits are charged by compute intensity, so each generation feature can consume a different amount per image. Pricing starts at 100 credits per image. For example, Cloth color correction is 100 credits/image and AI Backgrounds is 100 credits/image. For higher-resolution generation, 2k is 500 credits/image and 4k is 1000 credits/image for listed feature types such as Virtual Try-on, AI Lifestyle Scenes, Detail Close-up, and AI Smart Infographic. In product UI, every generation button shows its own credit cost before execution. In Retouch, color adjustment and clothing adjustment are combined and charged once at 100 credits on export, and the export button also clearly displays the deduction. For videos: 720p costs about 138 credits per second, and 1080p costs about 339 credits per second.
